City of Minneapolis vs MPRA/MFRA Lawsuit
The judge ruled on May 17, 2010, that the Association is required to recoup overpayments of past benefits from its members starting July 1, 2010. The Board of Directors will be having a closed legal meeting this Friday to discuss this order and to discuss our options.We will send out an informational letter regarding the Court's decision after the closed legal meeting.
