Board Meeting Schedule 2008

The Minneapolis Police Relief Association Board of Directors meet on the second Tuesday of each month.  

All Board meetings begin at 10 a.m. and are held in the Pension Office Conference Room, 10 2nd Street NE, Suite 103, Minneapolis MN 55413, unless otherwise indicated.  The MPRA website is kept up-to-date of any committee or special meetings.  

ARTICLE VI - BOARD MEETINGS

Section 1.  The Board of Directors shall hold at least one meeting (regular) each month which shall be known as the regular meeting of the Board, and may hold special meetings.  At the beginning of each year, the Board of Directors shall determine the dates of the monthly regular meetings.  The President may at anytime call a special meeting of the Board of Directors upon application in writing of any two or more Directors made to him for a special meeting, stating the purpose of the meeting.  The Secretary shall send notice of the special meeting in writing to each Director at least three days before the meeting, stating the purpose of the meeting.  There shall be no business transacted at any special meetings of the Board of Directors which has not been specified in the notice of such meeting, unless approved or ratified by two-third vote of the whole Board.  Notice of a Special Meeting shall be posted at the office of the Minneapolis Police Relief Association, and if feasible, in the regular newsletter published by the Association.
